It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the death of our friend and colleague Elizabeth Cooke. Liz, as she was known to all of us, passed away on Tuesday night following a courageous battle with illness which prevented her enjoying her well-deserved retirement as fully as she should but she was a fighter to the end.
Liz was a valued member of our vocational team here at Three Towers, and with the Pupil Referral Service for many years before that, and she will be missed. Many learners will remember her craft-based lessons; enterprise ideas and her boundless enthusiasm for everyone she worked with. She loved young people, being their greatest advocate; seeing their endless potential and she always demonstrated how much she cared and valued them as individuals.
We have lost a dear friend, valued colleague and stalwart of our school. We are providing support to members of the Three Towers community as they come to terms with her passing.
Our shock and grief at this time are little compared to what her family is feeling. She was immensely proud of her boys, their wives and more lately of her young grandchildren. Our hearts and prayers go out to them and her partner Manny.
Welcome to Three Towers Alternative Provision Academy or TTAPA. Learners receive support with their education from us for a variety of reasons; we are here to help every learner achieve their full potential, working with you to ensure that your child achieves as well as they can. We hope you find the website useful and informative but please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not find the information you are looking for.
